We are pleased to announce that in 2019, IMAS was once again awarded the Certificate of Quality Control of Interviewers’ Work Program (PKJPA) in category:

Research conducted with CATI & CAWI.

The Program means that the research agency participating in PKJPA commits itself to obeying ESOMAR Codes of Conduct and to obey the quality norms accepted in the marketing research industry.

The norms refer to:

• gaining, storing and processing information about field coordinators, interviewers, recruiters, auditors and about rating their work,
• documenting all types of research projects,
• briefing coordinators, interviewers, recruiters, auditors (e.g. in retail audit),
• carrying out systematical control of the work of the interviewers, recruiters, auditors.
